Hotel Sai Inn - Mumbai

Spacious room, comfortable bed, powerful AC, great breakfast, attentive staff.

Can't fault anything about it.

Staff is excellent,helpful,educated,-location is v.good closed to train ,you can go to any where during 30 min.

no variety of breakfast but is good taste.

the older front office staff were horrible, disinterested, and all together not hospitality minded.I know Mumbai quite well ,so i didn't need too much of their help thank god!

I stayed at this hotel recently and was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money. Despite being located in a busy area near a train station, the hotel is well-maintained and clean. The rooms are comfortable and come with all the modern amenities you would expect, including WiFi. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast provided was a nice addition. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the comfortable stay this hotel provided.

I confirmed my trip clicking link from Booked.net, but I didnt receive any mails from Sai Palace Inn. When I tried to check in, I was told there was no room available and as I havent received any confirmation from Hotel - my booking is not confirm. With lots of argument I was given a room, and later was told that as I have been given room without confirmation and not via Booked.net, I cant be given a Receipt. Guess Booked.net needs to do more to get things coordinated well between Hotel and customer...

A very nice hotel close to the airport of Mumbai. Free pick up and drop off at the international airport was very convenient.

The hotel was ideally located near the airport, which made it very easy to commute. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds, and the staff was very courteous. The restaurant attached to the hotel offered delicious food, which I found very impressive. the airport pick-up was perfect as well.

The hotel was difficult to locate in the beginning, and the surrounding area was not very peaceful, which could be a bit unsettling at times. , the breakfast was tasty but had limited options, and the juice was pre-packaged.
